The Commissioners of the Housing Author= ity of the City of Orlando, Florida’s (OHA) Annual Meeting was held at the Orlando Housing Authority’s Administration Building, 390 N. Bumby Avenue, Orlando, Florida= , Thursday, September 17, 2009. Chair Carson called the meeting to order at 2:07 p.m. and announced a quorum. This was the tenth (10th) meeting = for the 2009 fiscal year. The mee= ting lasted thirty-two (32) minutes.

Ms. Vivian B= ryant, Esq., briefly discussed the following items: (1) the Open House and the OHAR= 17;s Annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon were successful, (2) the OHA selecte= d a developer, Norstar, for the Lake Mann HOPE VI application, which is due November 17, 2009, (3) the OHA selected a consultant, Hawkins Delafield &am= p; Wood LLP, for the Moving To Work (MTW) application, which is due December 1= 5, 2009, (4) the OHA’s request to move the December 17, 2009 to December= 7, 2009 due to MTW application deadline, (5) the Agency Plan Retreat scheduled September 25, 2009 and (6) th= e OHA is planning to have a community meeting with the residents at Carver Park October 10, 2009.

9. = CHAIR’S REPORT

Chair Carson = stated that he was very pleased with the Carver Park Open House. He was especially pleased with the positive comments received from the community about the facilities.
