Hampton Park Phase IV— OHA Administration Building

Construction began on the OHA Administration Building August 1, 2005.   Hampton Park Phase IV is the fourth and final phase of the Hampton Park HOPE VI development.  Phase IV includes the construction of a two-story, 25,044 square-foot office building on a three-acre parcel at Hampton Park along Bumby Avenue and Livingston Street.  The building will house the Orlando Housing Authority’s administrative offices.  Currently, the OHA’s administrative offices are dispersed throughout the City in five (5) different locations.    More>>
