Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult education, or Management with Master’s level course work in the field; Master’s degree strongly preferred; supplemented by one (1) year previous experience and/or training involving career assessment/counseling. Job training/placement, and program development/management; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.  Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license.This is a Contract Position. Starting Salary: $40,272.00.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field from accredited college or university with min 10 yrs of progressive work experience managing procurement functions on behalf of an organization with strong management and planning skills; knowledge of HUD Statues and federal regulations guiding procurement practices, demonstrates expertise independently drafting and analyzing RFP’s, RFQ’s, IFB’s, contracts business documents and/or other agreements while assuring compliance with applicable laws.  The candidate will be responsible for the Section 3 Program.  Demonstrates high level of proficiency in Microsoft suite of productivity applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Master’s degree preferred with minimum of 5 yrs management experience in Public Housing environment also knowledge of e-procurement technologies. Certified Public Purchasing Manager designation desirable.  Valid Florida driver’s license required.  This is a Contract Position. Starting Salary: $79,452.00.   

 

The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws in the area of Reasonable Accommodations, Americans with Disabilities Act (Section 504), Section 3 and other compliance areas. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Public Administration, Policy Analysis, Sociology, Business Administration, or closely related field; three (3) years experience and knowledge of governmental procurement and contracting; three (3) years experience in procurement and contract management with preference given to experience in HUD system; and two (2) years of experience working with reasonable accommodation to accommodate individuals with disabilities.  Legal background, i.e., graduation from an accredited law school, is desirable.   Valid Florida driver’s license required.  This is a Contract Position. Starting Salary: $60, 000
