Requires a BA degree from an accredited college with two (2) years of satisfactory professional experience in one or a combination of the following: research, management or methods analysis, program evaluation, program planning/administration, staff training, reasonable accommodations, writing, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) or in a related area. Must have prior relevant experience to demonstrate expertise in and knowledge of Section 504, the Fair Housing Act, the ADA, the Architectural Barriers Act, and their respective implementing regulations, including the relevant accessibility standards. This is a Contract Position. Starting Salary: $50,000.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field.  Must have or be able to obtain certification as a Public Housing Manager.  Must reside within 25-mile radius of OHA Central Office. Requires possession and maintenance of a valid Florida driver’s license. This is a Contract Position. Starting Salary: $40,619.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field from accredited college or university with min 10 yrs of progressive work experience managing procurement functions on behalf of an organization with strong management and planning skills; knowledge of HUD Statues and federal regulations guiding procurement practices, demonstrates expertise independently drafting and analyzing RFP’s, RFQ’s, IFB’s, contracts business documents and/or other agreements while assuring compliance with applicable laws.  The candidate will be responsible for the Section 3 Program.  Demonstrates high level of proficiency in Microsoft suite of productivity applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Master’s degree preferred with minimum of 5 yrs management experience in Public Housing environment also knowledge of e-procurement technologies. Certified Public Purchasing Manager designation desirable.  Valid Florida driver’s license required.  This is a Contract Position. Starting Salary: $79,452.
