COMMUNITY SUPPORTIVE SERVICE
COUNSELOR (CSS) BA in Social Work, Social Sciences,
Counseling, or closely related field; supplemented by 3 years previous
experience and/or training involving social services, social work or
counseling; or any equivalent combination of education, training and
experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities for
this job. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license.
This is a contract/grant funded position.
Minimum starting salary is $39,666.00 per year.

ASSISTANT SECTION 8 DIRECTOR
IN THE
SECTION 8 DEPARTMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Urban Studies, English, Business
Administration or closely related field; supplemented by five (5) years
previous experience and/or training that includes knowledge of Section 8
policies, leasing, customer relations, and personal computer operation.
Extensive knowledge of the Internet required. Must possess and maintain
a valid Florida Driver’s License. This is a Contract Position.
Minimum starting salary is $43,628.00.

ASSISTANT TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Master’s in Public Admin, Business Management or related field; supp. by 5-6
years’ progressive administrative and supervisory experience in public
housing or related field. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida
Driver's License. Minimum starting salary is $67,823.00.
Performs professional, supervisory, administrative work assisting overall
management of OHA; involves planning, coordinating and implementing agency
wide initiatives such as HOPE VI, grant programs, community and supportive
services, HOPE VI Homeownership, neighborhood network grant and ROSS
Homeownership; participates in long range, 5-year, annual and strategic
plans; participates in agency wide financial sources and development;
directs staff; monitors program progress, ensures compliance with regs and
statutes; grant applications, budgets, development production projections
and various documents requiring approvals and funding; assists Executive
Director as member of Planning and Development and HOPE VI teams.

HOUSING MANAGER IN THE PUBLIC HOUSING DEPARTMENT
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in
Business/Public Administration or other management-based degree; Knowledge
of Public Housing/HUD policies, relevant federal/state/local laws pertaining
to public/subsidized housing. Must have Public Housing Manager (PHM)
certification or pass the exam within one year. Must reside within 25
mile radius of OHA Central Office. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s
License. This is a contract position. Minimum starting salary
$32,219.00. Open
until filled.
