The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws in the area of Reasonable Accommodations, Americans with Disabilities Act (Section 504), Section 3 and other compliance areas. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Public Administration, Policy Analysis, Sociology, Business Administration, or closely related field; three (3) years experience and knowledge of governmental procurement and contracting; three (3) years experience in procurement and contract management with preference given to experience in HUD system; and two (2) years of experience working with reasonable accommodation to accommodate individuals with disabilities.  Legal background, i.e., graduation from an accredited law school, is desirable and .  Requires possession and maintenance of a valid Florida driver’s license.  This is a Contract Position. Minimum starting salary: $60, 000
