Orlando Housing Authority Seeks Landlords With Handicap Accessible Units to Refer to Section 8 Program Disabled Households 

The Orlando Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking property owners with rental units that are handicap accessible.  The units must meet Housing Quality Standards (HQS), Section 504 Accessibility and ADA Criteria.  If you are a landlord with an accessible dwelling unit available lease, please go to the Orlando Housing Authority website at www.orl-oha.org, and click on “Handicap Accessible Unit Registry.”   You may also come to the Orlando Housing Authority Section 8 Office, 300 Reeves Court, Orlando, FL  32801, or call us at 407-894-1500 ext 5200.
